My Story
I graduated from culinary school in 2019 with a City & Guilds Diploma, and since then, I have worked in an Italian restaurant mastering fresh pasta, a vegan restaurant creating plant-based delights, and as the sole chef on a private yacht traveling around the Mediterranean. Each experience has enriched my skills and broadened my culinary horizons.
I was a trainee at a fine dining, one Michelin Star restaurant, where I immersed myself in the intricacies of haute cuisine. Now, my aim is to create bespoke menus for house food gatherings and private events as a private chef. Additionally, I have a passion for food styling and photography, capturing the beauty of culinary creations through the lens.
Beyond the kitchen, I have a deep passion for discovering new ingredients and exploring culinary traditions. I embarked on cycling tours in Turkey and Japan, visiting villages, collecting recipes, and tasting local ingredients. These adventures have enriched my understanding of global cuisines and inspired my culinary creations.
